A toddler?
Holy shit, how did that happen? Kaya put herself to sleep, in her CRIB. yes, the piece of white wood that is pretty much a clothes rack, occasional play pen, or dumping ground while vacuuming or making the bed. I'll just attribute this luck to her 'flu' symptoms and the fact that it's sticky humid and she just could not keep her little eyes from drooping shut any longer. This can't actually be a new thing? Could it? My eyes lit up with happiness when I saw her lay down, all by herself and close her eyes. Amazing.
Question of the day is this. Does Kaya become a toddler when she walks on her own or is there an age where a baby becomes a toddler? Let me know.

I always thought of a toddler as being about 18 months old. I don’t know where I got that from, but it is what I always go by. So nice to see she slept in her crib….she is so darn cute.
